With this color and its shades we can do wonders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yellow is appropriate for the sporty types. It improves the nervous and muscular systems, improves digestion, and reduces abdominal bloating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orange improves the functions of the thyroid and the gallstone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Green is a neutral color, and together with its shades it creates a general harmony and a rebalancing of the whole body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blue, which is a cold color, stimulates the parasympathetic system and performs the opposite effects to the red: it lowers blood pressure, slows the heart and respiratory rate. It is advisable to be used in cases where people experience high levels of anxiety or stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of these basic colors and their nuances can be an extraordinary inspiration in the use of paints through geometric shapes on the walls of the homes we live in or in the workspace. Often, we have no explanation for our physical and spiritual state, but we should have enough information, read and learn from science and tradition to improve our lives.
