Caracteristiques<\/strong>
\nISOCRET est un additif sous forme liquide, qui additionn\u00e9 au b\u00e9ton lui
\nconf\u00e8re des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Il r\u00e9agit chimiquement avec la chaux
\nform\u00e9e lors du processus d\u2019hydratation du ciment en cr\u00e9ant des sels qui
\nd\u2019une part obstruent les pores capillaires et d\u2019autre part procurent des
\npropri\u00e9t\u00e9s hydrophobes au mat\u00e9riau.
\nUne caract\u00e9ristique importante de ISOCRET est qu\u2019il n\u2019affecte pas
\nles r\u00e9sistances finales du b\u00e9ton contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres additifs de sa
\ncat\u00e9gorie. (selon le tableau 9 de la norme ELOT EN 934-2, il est permis
\nune r\u00e9duction jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15% de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression).<\/p>\n

Domaine d\u2019utilisation<\/strong>
\nISOCRET est utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9sistance du b\u00e9ton \u00e0
\nl\u2019absorption et \u00e0 la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau dans le cas des fondations, des
\nmurs en sous-sols, des piscines et r\u00e9servoirs d\u2019eau, des puits et tunnels,
\netc. Le produit est ajout\u00e9 soit lors de la pr\u00e9paration du b\u00e9ton soit avant
\nson coulage.
\nL\u2019hydroisolation par ISOCRET permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer les risques de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration
\ndu b\u00e9ton par le gel et de formation de t\u00e2ches dues aux sels.
\nISOCRET augmente la r\u00e9sistance du b\u00e9ton aux sels de d\u00e9vergla\u00e7age
\nutilis\u00e9s sur les ouvrages tels que les voies de circulation, les ponts et les
\nplateformes hydrauliques,
\nLes compos\u00e9s chimiques qui bloquent les capillaires, n\u2019emp\u00eachent pas le
\nb\u00e9ton de respirer.
\nISOCRET est conforme \u00e0 la norme ELOT EN 934-2, tableau 9.<\/p>\n

Duree de vie – stockage<\/strong>
\n18 mois \u00e0 compter de la date de fabrication, si stock\u00e9 dans l\u2019emballage
\nnon ouvert d\u2019origine, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre +5\u00b0C et +35\u00b0C.
\nProt\u00e9gez du gel et de l\u2019exposition directe au soleil.<\/p>\n

IMP\u00c9N\u00c9TRABILIT\u00c9 DU B\u00c9TON<\/strong>
\nLa perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau du b\u00e9ton a deux aspects :
\na) l\u2019absorption capillaire par contact simple \u00e0 l\u2019eau (sans pression).
\nb) la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration sous pression de l\u2019eau dans le b\u00e9ton. La norme ELOT
\nEN 934-2: 2001 exige que la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019absorption d\u2019eau au b\u00e9ton en
\nmasse soit \u2265 40% apr\u00e8s adjonction d\u2019un additif d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n
